Love it ! It feels like I’m lying on a cloud. I hope it’ll last for a very long time. One thing I particularly love is that the two seater has a clever arm rest height so that I can extend my legs and it seems so much longer than a regular two seater. I’m nearly 6 foot.

The 2 guys unpacked our sofa outside ( no need to have the cardboard boxes in the flat ) assembled the sofa .

I visited their shop in London twice with my daughter and granddaughter to see if the sofas were as good as they looked online. They were even better. It was an absolute pleasure working with the staff to choose the right combination of sofa and fabric. Now that they’ve arrived, I couldn’t be happier. They’re comfortable, stylish, and beautiful—perfect for a coorie in.

Arrived in 13 days! The couch is firm yet comfy. The gaps between the cushions look deep but feel ok and not weird to sit on as imagined, except when you sit right back where the gap between cushions are large. Overall, we’re happy with cozy 5 ☀️

Had a bespoke order… which did take some persuasion to be actioned. Actually blue-brown weave, not ecru boucle. I felt the fabric choice was very limited for me personally. Thought I had also ordered pale wood legs… but came with black. Have inquired about this and told that was the case and they are posting them out to me. No legs arrived yet and still not sure if my sofa actually does come with those legs? Will they work? Anyway, apart from that, delivery and assembly was excellent and I am very happy with the sofa. Good quality and comfortable. Love the design and how it feels to use. Excellent! Just what I was looking for. A good design that stays looking god but you are able to lounge on it. Only criticism is the small two cushions on the end, feel a little under -stuffed and insubstantial . They go very flat if you use them. BUT I love it so much I have just ordered a second, last week, a Cozy to go with it.. in blue fleece with wood legs… Happy to have new legs for the Rest then, if they are available or possible on the sofa, so they match? Could they be switched by the delivery assembly team?

We are just loving our new chaise sofa. So comfortable and looks beautiful. There’s a bit of a fight for the chaise end but we are trying to be fair and taking it in turns! It’s beautifully made and was put together by the delivery team who were fantastic as well. The colour is a rich midnight blue and looks so good in the space. Very happy with the footstool- it’s solid, of very substantial construction, and comfy. It’s a versatile piece so you can either use it to put your feet up - as God intended - or pop you dinner tray on it, or use it to stand on to get things off a nigh shelf or sit on it. A proper workhorse of a piece of furniture. Cosy fleece covering which so far seems hard-wearing.

My experience with Cozmo was great, kept in loop all the way, I had issues getting it delivered, once it was ready I had to wait almost 3 week for a slot as it appears the delivery company only come up North on certain days, then the truck broke down and was rescheduled, but cozmo were good throughout. Regarding the actual Sofa, initially I had some concerns as it is very firm and the back and arms were much lower than my previous one, so that took some getting used to, however I have grown to get used to it over the past few weeks as it is softening. The Sofa itself looks great and fits into the space perfectly, its well put together and is very stylish and makes my room look great!. I might get another cover eventually.

I've had the 2 seater for 8 months now and this sofa is definitely a case of style over substance. The color and design are cute and look great in my space, but the actual experience of sitting on it is disappointing. The back angle lacks support, forcing me to use extra cushions to get comfortable. The feather filling constantly pokes through the fabric and it’s actually quite painful, so I’ve had to keep the seat covered with a thick blanket. I think an IKEA sofa would have provided much better comfort and value for the price.

So glad we found Cozmo! We were looking for a sofa for so long and everything is so generic and cheaply made but still with a hefty price tag. Cozmo is exactly what we were after, modular, customisable, independent, high quality and amazing service.

So far, so good, it is very comfortable and looks great. I am still having problems getting the back cushions attached underneath the sofa, though, as the fabric is tight and the cushions are plump. Customer services have been very helpful, however. I also think there could be something to modify in the design so that there is not such a gap between the two back rest panels. I suggested a while ago that the company create and sell slip on arm sleeves in the same fabric for scratchy cats, and I still think that would be a bonus. Dog covers, etc. would be a winner, too, something that is easily removed for washing. My cats love it - as you can see from one of them lounging in the sun.

Absolutely love my new sofa. The chaps delivering it were very polite and careful. Thrilled it fitted in the small space I had (I was slightly worried that I’d measured it wrong). I have a set of fleece covers for the winter which I’m looking forward to snuggling into. The cat loves it too-took about five minutes for her to settle in! Now eyeing up the new L shaped sofas.

Purchased the 1.5 seater sofa and pouffe to use in nursery & am so pleased with the combination. I have used it to breastfeed in so spent many hours on here recently and it’s been a really comfortable place that properly supports my back & arms with the two cushions either side. The pouffe is the exact level of the sofa so it extends it into a comfy place to lie down for a nap. Absolutely love the combination and am really pleased with the purchase. It’s a substantial cost but an investment worth making from my experience

We're thrilled with our new Cozmo sofa! We needed a stylish, comfy sofa for our little upstairs 'cinema room', and the 3-Seater Chaise is absolutely perfect for the job. The quality of the materials used is excellent and I love the fabric we chose (Cream Textured Weave). We also chose a pouffe in a light cream fleece and two scatter cushions in the same material, which all have a stylish brick-coloured trim detail. Throughout the process, the Cozmo team were very helpful and always quick to respond to enquiries, and the delivery company, Empire, provided a brilliant, courteous assembly service. My two-seater Cozmo sofa looks beautiful in my main room. The rest of the décor - curtains and two arm-chairs - is mostly linen-colour and I have blue and white pots and plates as decoration linking up with the blue of the sofa. It faces a huge window looking out onto a stunning view of the river, winding away between trees. It is not quite as comfortable as I had hoped, which is why I only gave it four stars but I am very pleased with it all the same. I have ordered a spare set of covers in ochre cotton but only half of that order has so far been delivered. The delivery and assembly of the sofa itself was excellent.

Ordered some cushions 9 weeks ago. Had updates every now and then but nothing since an email saying ‘finishes touches’ and will ship once they’ve been checked. I’ve sent 8 emails, messaged on insta, and online chat on their website. Have had no response with an update from them and have been trying to get hold of them for over a week now. So now I have no choice but to put a charge back through my credit card company to get a refund. Terrible customer service! For a small business you’d expect much better service

Delivery Company received my sofa April 17th. I have still NOT received to date. Contacted Cozmo customer service several times, still received no reply. I believe until the sofa arrives with customer the responsibility lies with Cozmo. Sofa Ordered February.

I ordered covers for a 3 seater and 2 seater sofa. Now have velvet rust, will change for the summer to cream fleece. Haven’t put them on yet but they look lovely!

We bought a Cozmo sofa last year and we absolutely love it – it's worth the money! But even more so than that, we've had two instances of great customer service: 1. There was a short delay to our delivery which we understand is sometimes unavoidable. Cozmo were quick to refund us the delivery fee, no questions asked. 2. We accidentally damaged the back cover of our sofa and wanted to order a new one. Rather than charging us for the entire set online, they kindly offered to send a replacement of just the back cover for a reduced fee. I feel like so many businesses wouldn't do this and would instead make you fork out full price. So, 5* to Cozmo for great products and even better customer service!

I can honestly say that the Cozmo team has been excellent from the beginning to end of my experience with them. From visiting the showroom to customer service aftercare, they have been brilliant. I had an issue with my sofa just over a month after receiving it and the team handled it with aplomb. Massively recommend them!

I purchased a Cozmo Cozy 3 Seater Chaise in Spring 2025 and instantly fell in love with it—it’s genuinely one of the comfiest sofas I’ve ever owned (and sat on). What really stands out, though, is the exceptional customer service from the Cozmo team. Our initial delivery experience wasn’t great, and we ran into a few issues with the setup. However, without me even chasing, Cozmo proactively reached out and offered to replace the entire sofa free of charge. The replacement process was flawless. A new delivery team handled everything with real care and professionalism, taking the time to set it up properly and remove the old one without any rush. The difference was night and day—and somehow, the sofa feels even better now! Honestly, I see this as a huge positive. Issues can happen with any company, but it’s how they respond that matters—and Cozmo couldn’t have handled it better. They took full ownership and went above and beyond to make things right. Attracted to Cozmo because it is UK made, "fits through any door' and has removable/choice of covers. Found the different options and sizes quite complex but in the end chose navy 2/3 seater and armchair. Lucky to live in London and be able to visit showroom - twice! Nice material.Warm and comfortable. Not so nice choice of trim - rust or black - why! Delivery took some time but the firm were efficient, speedy and polite. Only in situ for a week so hopefully many years of use ahead.

Cozmo - Order if you want 'part' of a sofa

Terrible customer communication. After waiting three months, our sofa was only partly delivered on 11th February. We paid extra for delivery and assembly, but only two of the four parcels arrived and no assembly was offered. After unpacking it ourselves, we discovered two more parcels were missing. Now we’re being told it could be at least another week. Simply not good enough from Cozmo and Empire Delivery.

Cozmo kept us informed of progress and of the delivery day and time. Sofa is very comfy as and looks great. I think the assembly instructions need to be a bit clearer, but we got there after thinking it through for ourselves.

The customer support at Cozmo was the best I have ever experienced. Every text, email and phone call was answered promptly and politely. The team did everything possible to help with our issues ( a special thank you to Ann ) and tried really hard to solve our problems. Sadly the sofa wasn’t right for us and a refund was offered. Once again this process was efficient and trouble free. The service from the delivery company who collected the sofa was excellent. I have no hesitation in recommending Cozmo as a highly professional and customer friendly company. A pleasure to deal with - thank you Cozmo!

Amazing sofa and a 5 star review to the sales team! I had a lot of questions and they walked me through everything I needed to know, as i have a very tight hallway/doorway to get through. A+++++++ for the comfort and ease of assembly. 10/10!

Love my new sofa, well worth the wait! Great customer experience from the showroom to the delivery and installation. Would really recommend visiting the showroom if you are in the area, it helped a lot in making decisions on size/colour/fabric.

Staff at the showroom were an amazing help, talked us through all possible combinations. The anticipation of delivery was made better with the updates!! Delivery was smooth and without any issues. Sofa assembly was very easy!!

Was a little nervous about ordering a sofa without sitting on it but our narrow hallway and tight turn left us with few options. I need not have worried though - Cozmo are brilliant! The sofa arrived well within the stated timeframe. It was delivered by very friendly people and was a breeze to put together. It’s so comfy and exactly what we needed. Looks stylish. Very competitive pricing. Can’t recommend highly enough. We were kept up to date through the fabrication process (I was worried about this from reading previous reviews but I’m glad to see this has been improved)

Very happy with my purchase

I bought a 1.5 seat sofa because I have cats, and I wanted to have room for some little friends to sit with me. This has been if anything too successful, they love it so much that I have to fight for a space myself! My record so far is myself with four cats, but I think we might improve on that with practice. The sofa is comfortable and practical; I love the fact that I can change the covers if we have any little accidents! The delivery process was smooth and efficient, I was kept informed at all stages and all deadlines were kept. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this company.

Lovely sofas but get the delivery people to assemble

Really pleased with my two Cosmo sofas. Purchase and delivery very straightforward. Slightly disappointed with how difficult it was to fit the back cushions on to the sofas. Everything went together easily until the final part.It was really hard to position the material and I’m still not 100% happy with how it looks from the back. Shame really - we should have paid for the assembly but it’s all so simple up to that point. Seemed like we didn’t need to pay the extra £55 but with hindsight I would have.

A great addition to our home!

Love our two seater velvet couch- a warm green that is perfect for our home. Delivery team was great - punctual, friendly and fast. The back of the couch is a bit lower than I had anticipated, otherwise it is perfect.
