Pay in 3 instalments with Klarna
Split your purchase into three equal payments so you can spread the cost of your purchase over time up to £1500. We aim to have a selection of our Cozmo collection available & ready to go so it can be in your space in no time. The delivery time is visible on the product detail page and is the best indication of when your item would arrive.

Yes – contact us at hello@mycozmo.com as soon as possible providing your name and order number and the new delivery address. It is always best to let us know as much in advance as you can so our delivery partner has time to allow and plan for the change of details.
Please use our Track Your Order page, https://www.mycozmo.com/pages/track-your-order to see an estimated delivery window for your order. As soon as your order is ready, our delivery team will contact you via email and SMS to arrange your delivery date.
The day before you are due to receive your Cozmo, they will provide a four hour delivery time slot to help plan your time.
Once your Cozmo is ready, our automated system will suggest the next available date a delivery team is on your area. You can accept or decline based on your availability. If are experiencing any challenges in terms of accepting your Cozmo please contact us at hello@mycozmo.com
At Cozmo, we indicate the expected delivery time on each specific product page online. Once you have selected the item you are interested in, you will be able to see delivery times in the detail.
Please note that some postcodes in the UK may take a little longer to arrive due to the frequency of the delivery routes.
Cozmo is a no tools assembly sofa so very simple to set up and enjoy in no time. You can view our video here Watch our video.
The team will deliver your order into your room of choice. If you would like to have your Cozmo set up and would prefer the team to do this on the day, please select the assembly service for £55 at the checkout. They will also remove the packaging so you can start enjoying your Cozmo in its new home.
We understand sometimes unexpected things happen on the day of a delivery but would stress the importance of being available in the time frame the team have advised the day before. You will receive an SMS notification with a four-hour time slot prior to delivery and a call 30-60 minutes before arrival to help you manage the day and enjoy free delivery.
If the delivery does not complete on the agreed day then we will be back in touch to reschedule.

Yes, delivery is possible and will require the use of an international carrier. At this time we are not able to free returns but hope this would not happen and you love your Cozmo! UK VAT won't be collected on your order, but you'll be responsible for any local duties and taxes that may apply. Please keep in mind that carrier prices fluctuate, so price may vary slightly over time. Get in contact at hello@mycozmo.com if you would like to set up an order. Please provide your delivery address and the item you are interested in we can look into shipping costs.
Yes. Made from FSC-certified wood and subjected to UK regulatory strength tests, Cozmo sofa frames come with a 15-year guarantee. Most of our sofa jackets are made from durable fabrics that are treated with FibreGuard, making them stain resistant and easy to clean.

Cozmo sofas are extremely comfortable: our combination of high-density foam, memory foam combined with feather guarantees a long, comfortable sit. If, however, you’re unhappy with your sofa, please contact us at hello@mycozmo.com – don’t forget your sofa comes with a 30-day returns policy.
At Cozmo, we source and manufacture internationally according to the requirements of each design, ensuring we have the right experts to deliver exceptional products. The majority of our sofas are handmade in UK workshops and the whole of our collection is made to the highest standards at specialist factories by experienced upholsterers who are passionate about quality.
Due to the modular design of Cozmo you may in the future want to reconfigure your sofa. We can provide support and additional parts to grow your Cozmo into a new space or split down to rethink your room. We would be happy to provide a quote simply by getting in touch at hello@mycozmo.com
The other added benefit of Cozmo sofas is that if you hit an issue, rather than replacing a whole sofa we should be able to send a spare part to correct. Cozmo sofas are made from premium-quality materials and components, so we hope you won’t have any problems, but if you do, please contact us at hello@mycozmo.com and we'll resolve the issue.
Our boxes vary in size and weight but are designed to fit easily through doorways, up stairs and into lifts. We recommend 2 people to lift the bigger boxes. Quite often our sofas also arrive in soft wrapping, this helps even further with being able to lift and move them around awkward angles.

Simply scroll down to the bottom of the sofa page you’re interested in and you’ll find all necessary dimensions there. Most of our product pages will have an illustration of the dimensions in the collection of images but also please note dimension details are on the right hand side of the page.
The orientation of our chaise unit is determined by which side you would like it made as you look straight on at your sofa. For example walking towards a left hand chaise would then be on your right as you were seated.
When placing an order with us we would ideally make your sofa to suit your current space but if your needs change, Cozmo can too. We can send out a small envelope of hardware that is required to make the switch.
A sofa bed is certainly in our design plans this year but there is no official launch date as yet. If you sign up to us, you will be the first to hear about any new product launches.

Yes, you can. We understand even with the best planning your requirements can change along the way. Contact us at hello@mycozmo.com, providing your name and order number and why you want to exchange. Please add the details of the sofa you’d like to replace it with and we will edit your order. If there’s a difference in price, we’ll either refund the difference or request additional payment if the new sofa is more expensive. Depending on whether you have received your sofa already or it is finishing in production there will be an expected wait time for us to be ready to dispatch the new, preferred sofa.
Please note, if your Cozmo is already in your home please take good care of it until the team are ready to make the exchange.
We would hate to see you go, but understand sometimes it just isn't quite right. Simply contact us at hello@mycozmo.com, providing your name and order number and your reason for returning. We would always be keen to have a quick conversation to see if there was anything we could do to help you love your Cozmo but failing that, our team would be in contact to arrange a suitable date and time for collection.
If you no longer have the packaging the team can arrive and repack on the day. Once your item has been checked by our returns team, the cost of your order will be refunded, minus any fees. For further information, read our Returns Policy here.
You should receive your refund within 10 working days; this includes the time it takes for your item to be collected and returned to our warehouse and processed.
