Sales Assistant

Key Responsibilities
- As a Cozmo Sales Assistant you will be the face of the brand within the showroom, engaging with customers, sharing product knowledge and providing exceptional customer experience.
- You will also drive telephone sale conversion for swatch customers, email enquiries and leads generated within the showroom.
Personal Skills and Attributes
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to develop relationships with customers
- Sales driven, experience in retail preferred
- Comprehensive understanding of the customer journey
- A flare for design and interiors

Logistics Assistant
Temp to Perm with flexible hours
A unique opportunity to work with a rapidly expanding furniture brand
As a Logistics Assistant you will have a varied role based both in the warehouse and the field
Key Responsibilities
Warehouse Operations
- Picking of stock and arranging customer orders for delivery
- Receipt and putaway of inbound stock and materials
- General organisation of the Cozmo warehouse
- Processing and repackaging customer returns
- Provide feedback on product issues
- Making adhoc deliveries within the Cozmo supply chain
Home Delivery and Service Requests
- Delivering selected customer orders in the SouthEast region
- Carrying out adhoc service requests to resolve customer issues at their homes
- Supporting with adhoc activities such as shoots and events
Personal Skills and Attributes
- Full Drivers License
- Physical handling of large stock items
- Excellent communication skills and ability to engage with customers
