Cozmo is looking for a confident, self-motivated salesperson who wants more than simply a sales position. As the Showroom Sales Manager at Cozmo, you’ll have real ownership of the showroom, our customers and sales performance, with the opportunity to make the role your own and have a genuine impact on our growing design brand.

Key Responsibilities

Showroom Sales & Management

• Act as the primary brand ambassador within the showroom, delivering a warm,knowledgeable and design-led customer experience
• Build strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs and guidingthem through the Cozmo range
• Confidently present products, materials, finishes and design options, using strong product and interior knowledge
• Drive showroom sales and support customers from first visit through to purchase
• Track showroom performance, customer feedback and sales opportunities
• Improve the showroom sales process and make sure no opportunity is missed
• Maintain impeccable showroom standards, ensuring the space is styled, organised and aligned with the Cozmo brand

Customer Service & Sales Conversion

• Manage and convert sales leads from swatch requests, email enquiries, phone callsand online channels
• Understand the Cozmo product deeply and explain it clearly and naturally.
• Own the customer journey from initial enquiry to post-purchase follow-up, ensuring a seamless and positive experience
• Handle customer questions, feedback and issues with empathy, professionalism andefficiency
• Support order processing, delivery coordination and after-sales care

Skills & Experience

• A natural people person who is strong in sales
• Conversion-led mindset; retail, showroom or customer-facing experience preferred and keen to meet individuals who have managed a floor, led a front-of-house team and worked in a high-quality, design-led or premium/luxury environment.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to build genuine rapport withcustomers
• Strong understanding of the customer journey and what great service looks like
• Good taste and visual awareness; interest in interiors, furniture, design,lifestyle or premium environments
• Highly organised, reliable and comfortable juggling multiple priorities

Part-time & flexible hours

The role has broad responsibility and is exposed to multiple projects.

Key Responsibilities

• As a Cozmo Sales Assistant you will be the face of the brand within the showroom, engaging with customers, sharing product knowledge and providing exceptional customer experience.
• You will also drive telephone sale conversion for swatch customers, email enquiries and leads generated within the showroom.

Personal Skills and Attributes

• Excellent communication skills with the ability to develop relationships with customers
• Sales driven, experience in retail preferred

This is a unique opportunity to play a key role in shaping the operational backbone of the business as we scale.  The role is based between Harlow and Bishops Stortford.  

Key Responsibilities

Warehouse Operations

• Picking of stock and arranging customer orders for delivery
• Processing and repackaging customer orders and returns
• Receipt and putaway of inbound stock and materials
• General organisation of the Cozmo warehouse
• Supporting with the preparation for adhoc activities such as shoots and events

Personal Skills and Attributes

• Physical handling of large stock items 
• Understanding and basic use of tools for repairing and assembling sofas
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work with a team
