30-day returns policy

We want you to love your Cozmo sofa as much as we do, but if you feel it’s just not ticking all of your boxes, that’s when our 30-day returns policy kicks in.
You can return your sofa for free and receive a full refund, subject to a few Ts&Cs:

  • The sofa must be returned in the same condition it was delivered, using the original packaging
  • Excludes international shipments

To return your sofa, simply email us at hello@mycozmo.com, explaining why you wish to return it. Please ensure you put ‘Return’ and your order number in the subject line for speedier processing.

15-year frame guarantee

Our sofas’ wooden frames are hand built by craftsmen and subjected to regulatory strength test, but if you do experience any problems you’re covered by our guarantee.

Simply email us at hello@mycozmo.com, explain what the problem is and enter ‘Frame Guarantee’ in the subject line.  

 

Refunds
Once your sofa has been collected and returned to our warehouse and checked by our team, we’ll email you to confirm receipt and approval of your refund, unless the sofa has not been returned in its original condition.

 Subject to approval, your refund should appear in your bank account within 10 working days. If replacement packaging was required for the return, the cost of this will be automatically deducted from the refund.
